TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any paid fee at booking covers elements of the photo session only, including but not necessarily restricted to or as part of, securing special event and promotional sessions, offers, or specific terms of a session set forth by The Boudoir Experience with Nicole Fey Photography.

Fees do not typically include photo product or Photo Collection purchases unless specifically stated during the booking process. Bonus Offers are applied to full price items only and may or may not be applied to single images or prints. Bonus offers may or may not not be applied to product upgrades or where applicable. If not used during ordering, promotional value expires. Paid value never expires. Booker has up to 3 days after booking to cancel for any reason and receive a full fee refund.

Images are the intellectual property of Nicole Fey Photography and The Boudoir Experience. Copying or editing of images without written consent from Nicole Fey is prohibited. Any image granted to user through Image Release and Conditions shall be maintained through the current Release and Contract. No other stipulation or agreement about image use whether implied or otherwise is authorized. Pricing and special offers are not guaranteed. Contracting with Nicole Fey and all affiliates is voluntary and all actions therein are the sole responsibility of customer.
